The Texas School Counselor Association (TSCA) is accepting proposals to present programs at our 20th Annual Professional School Counselor Conference.  The Conference will be held in Galveston February 2-4, 2025.

Important Information:

• Submission Deadline: 8/11/24 at 11:59 pm
• Final submissions may not be accessed or edited after submitting.
• Main presenters are responsible for coordinating acceptance and logistics with all co-presenters. TSCA does not contact co-presenters directly.
• The designated Program Committee uses a blind review process for reviewing/selecting programs.
• All presenters must be included on the original submission.
• TCA does not provide computers, LCD projectors, internet access, or travel stipends.
• All session resources and handouts must be provided by the presenter. If accepted, submit your resources to TCA by January 15, 2025.
• All sales and promotions must take place in the exhibit hall; selling or promoting the purchase of materials during or after sessions is strictly prohibited.
• Confirmations are sent for each submitted proposal.  If you don't receive a confirmation, your proposal was not submitted (Check your junk folder).
• Acceptance Notification Date: End of September
