The Texas Counseling Association (TCA) is accepting programs for our 68th Annual Professional Growth Conference.

Important Information:

• Submission Deadline: April 14, 2024
• Draft submissions may be accessed at any time until the April 14th deadline.  
• We are especially interested in providing sessions on telehealth.
• Final submissions may NOT be accessed or edited after submitting.  
• Main presenters are responsible for coordinating acceptance and logistics with all co-presenters. TCA does not contact co-presenters directly.
• After April 14th, co-presenters can not be changed due to blind review process.
• The designated Program Committee uses a blind review process for reviewing/selecting programs.
• All presenters must be included on the original submission
• TCA does not provide computers, LCD projectors, internet access, or travel stipends.
• All presenters must be a TCA member by August 31, 2024
• All program handouts must be provided by the presenter. Submit your handouts to TCA prior to the conference for posting online.
• All sales must take place in the exhibit hall; selling materials during or after programs is strictly prohibited.
• Your proposal was NOT submitted if you don't receive a confirmation at the end of the submission process.  
• Acceptance Notifications will be sent at the end of May 2024.
