Event Description
Join us for a workshop on crisis management for counseling supervisors. Learn essential strategies for guiding associates through critical client disclosures and explore ethical responsibilities. This session is valuable for anyone in the counseling field seeking to enhance their crisis intervention skills and ensure client safety.
Learning Objectives:
1. Attendees will be able to identify and articulate at least three office protocols for handling crisis, including steps for assessing risk and documenting actions taken during critical client disclosures.
2. Attendees will be able to demonstrate the ability to formulate a safety planning intervention for at least two different risk levels of suicidal ideation.
3. Attendees will be able to evaluate and apply ethical decision-making models to client crises.
