Many therapists are quick to admit they will not or cannot treat clients with eating disorders; this leaves many clients with insufficient care. This program teaches how to identify and treat symptoms of eating disorders and when to collaborate or elevate a client to a higher level of care.

Objective 1 Attendees will be able to identify three key descriptors of each of the eight discussed eating disorders.
Objective 2 Attendees will be introduced to at least two interventions conducive to treatment of each of the eight eating disorders.
Objective 3 Attendees will be introduced to two assessments used to identify eating disorder symptomology.
