Therapeutic Yoga for Overcoming Trauma

Discover the benefits of therapeutic yoga to help cultivate awareness and build self regulation skills through the mind-body connection. With a foundation rooted in trauma theory, polyvagal theory and neuroscience, therapeutic yoga supports trauma recovery by creating an opportunity for participants to experience a felt sense of safety in the body.
