Event Description
This presentation will consider real situations in which a mental health professional violated professional rules and ethics and the professional ramifications of the actions. Information will be presented to assist in avoiding the slippery slope of ethical violations. 4.0 CEs Presented by Dr. Le'Ann Solmonson
Learning Objective 1: Participants will be able to identify the appropriate LPC Rule related to ethical violations.
Learning Objective 2: Participants will be able to articulate theories that explain the process in which small ethical compromises may result in major ethical breaches.
Learning Objective 3: Participants will develop a cohort of colleagues to serve as ethical consultants.
