1. Participants will be able to identify and name over 3 ways that language influences communication and treatment outcomes in counseling. Participants will also learn about 5 strategies to address linguistic and cultural nuances more effectively.
2. Participants will identify at least three intersectional identities within bicultural-bilingual populations, and create a framework for integrating diversity considerations into counseling and supervision practices, including measurable benchmarks for success.
3. Participants will learn about at least five common considerations about bilingual supervision with measurable improvements in counselor effectiveness and professional development.
