Join us for an engaging webinar tailored for bicultural-bilingual counselors seeking to enhance their professional toolkit. We will delve into linguistic and cultural competencies, alongside best practices for bilingual supervision. Don't miss this opportunity to enrich your skills and expand your cultural competence in counseling!
Learning Objectives: 

1. Participants will be able to identify and name over 3 ways that language influences communication and treatment outcomes in counseling. Participants will also learn about 5 strategies to address linguistic and cultural nuances more effectively.
2. Participants will identify at least three intersectional identities within bicultural-bilingual populations, and create a framework for integrating diversity considerations into counseling and supervision practices, including measurable benchmarks for success.
3. Participants will learn about at least five common considerations about bilingual supervision with measurable improvements in counselor effectiveness and professional development.
