Event Description
In "Are We OK? Strategies for Community-Centered Wholeness," we will explore holistic well-being in our school communities. Interactive and practical, "Are We OK?" provides attendees with insights into recognizing signs of distress in themselves and community members, fostering supportive learning environments where utilizing self-care strategies is normalized. Together, we'll cultivate clarity, strengthen our resilience, and encourage one another to foster healthier school communities.
Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will be able to identify seven (7) signs of distress in themselves and others within their school communities.
2. Participants will develop three (3) skills to create and maintain supportive environments within their school communities.
3. Participants will acquire three (3) practical self-care strategies to promote personal well-being.
